Yesterday, the Mayor of Barnsley, Cllr Linda Burgess, joined other key stakeholders at the ground breaking of The Glass Works in Barnsley. The event marked the start of construction of a £5.3 library, the first permanent building within the transformative town centre project being spearheaded by the Barnsley Council.
