Final phase of SouthGate Bath scheme is now open.

Aviva Investors and Multi Development’s SouthGate Bath development is now complete following the completion of the final phase – the Vaults dining quarter. The scheme is almost fully let after lettings to Graze, Nandos, GBK, Jika Jika, Prezzo and The Bertinet Bakery.

Development manager Queensberry Real Estate has secured raft of food & beverage occupiers for the reclaimed space under Brunel’s original railway arches, which forms part of a World Heritage Site. The Vaults are at the gateway to the City of Bath sat between the railway station and new bus station. They form the final component of the SouthGate regeneration project, which started on site in 2007.

Queensberry partner Stuart Harris said: “This was a challenging development, so it is incredibly exciting to see it come to fruition so quickly and successfully.”

DTZ acted as leasing agents for the SouthGate Limited Partnership.
