- Assisting with the anchor store lease negotiations 4 years ahead of opening.
- Developing a service charge budget/apportionment framework which dealt with multi phased opening of the scheme.
- Assisted with the drafting of the precedent lease.
- Recruited all members of the onsite operational team.
