Queensberry Real Estate, on behalf of Multi Development UK and Aviva Investors, was development manager on this highly sensitive and historic landmark development. Queensberry Strategic Property Management undertook a full Management Development Consultancy service for Southgate. This involved:

  • Assisting with the anchor store lease negotiations 4 years ahead of opening.
  • Developing a service charge budget/apportionment framework which dealt with multi phased opening of the scheme.
  • Assisted with the drafting of the precedent lease.
  • Recruited all members of the onsite operational team.
