We’ve been overwhelmed with the response to our latest Cineworld opening at Newport Friars Walk and have welcomed hundreds of local people to the cinema.

    Paul focuses on new business, maintaining regular contact with key investors, local authorities and potential Joint Venture partners. Focused on the retail sector over the last 15 years, Paul has also worked in both the office and residential markets during his 25 year career. After 16 years at Multi Development in Iberia and Multi Development in the UK he has a well established international network of contacts at the cutting edge of the property industry scattered across Europe and as far afield as Brazil and Malaysia.

    Stuart is experienced in the leasing, concept design and tenant mix of major retail development projects and existing centres. Stuart has had involvement in many of the significant retail schemes opened in the UK within the last 10 years. His ease of access to national and international retailers gives him an in-depth knowledge of retailers' ever changing requirements.

    Jon is responsible for project and development management activities and is experienced in large-scale multi-use urban regeneration schemes. He co-ordinates feasibility studies and oversees all project management activities and team members. Previously at Multi Development, he was responsible for such activities on both Victoria Square, Belfast (800,000sq ft) and SouthGate, Bath (550,00sq ft).

    Barbora Baretic Travel and Events Co-ordinator

    Barbora joined Queensberry in 2011 and supported the 3 directors in all areas of the business, as the company has grown Barbora's primary focus is now on travel and events. Barbora also supports Queensberry's corporate event programme. Prior to joining Queensberry worked in Australia as Office Manager and PA for Murchinson's Accountants and has signifciant administration management experience.

    Daniel has in excess of 10 years experience working on the leasing, asset management and investment agency of retail and shopping centre projects across the UK. Dan has worked on the leasing of Friars Walk as well as asset management projects at CrownGate, Worcester; The Kingsway Centre, Newport and Tunsgate Quarter.

    Lorna's role is Asset Manager, key projects include Friars Walk and the Kingsway Centre in Newport, South Wales. Working part of the wider asset management team Lorna also assess new investment opportunities.  A qualified chartered surveyor, Lorna has significant experience in the industry including time spent in retail investment and retail asset and property management.

    Chris Daly Senior Leasing Manager

    Chris is  an experienced leasing executive with considerable commercial expertise in the restaurant and catering sectors. Chris joined Queensberry from Hammerson plc, where he had responsibility for delivery of catering leasing strategy for the UK shopping centre portfolio, developing the category leasing role and strengthening direct relationships with restaurateurs. Most recently, he oversaw the pre-letting of several high profile leisure led extensions at Silverburn, Glasgow (120,000 sq ft) and Watermark, Southampton (180,000 sq ft).  Prior to this he managed the delivery of innovative short term retail leasing solutions across the UK portfolio.

    Jocelyn is part of Queensberry's growing leasing team working on a number of the company's key projects in Sheffield, Barnsley, Liverpool and Guildford. Jocelyn brings considerable experience to the role having previously worked for a shopping centre leasing agent.

    Layla joined Queensberry in March 2015 as Team Manager. Prior to joining Queensberry, Layla worked as a PA and merchandising assistant for a large jewellery company gaining valuable experience in the retail sector. Layla also worked for Tottenham Hotspur Football Club where she provided administrative support to a large team. Layla oversees Queensberry’s administration and provides valuable support to the finance and marketing teams.

    Victoria has over 20 years' experience in Marketing and PR working with high profile brands including Panasonic and RBS.  A specialist in destination and regeneration marketing, Victoria manages Queensberry's Corporate Marketing and Communications including the recent rebranding of the company and the development of the corporate culture.

    Leesa has 20 years brand, marketing and communications experience having worked in senior marketing and commercial roles within the property sector.  Leesa heads up the marketing for Quensberry's varied development and asset management portfolio and creates value from effective, authentic and aspirational marketing.

    Martin Tresidder Project Director

    Martin has over 27 years' experience in construction and development management. He has worked in many sectors including retail, manufacturing, leisure and hotels, education, health, banking and finance, housing, infrastructure and large scale food retailing. His career started in construction contracting and has progressed to client organisations where he has delivered schemes and expansion programmes across the UK and internationally. At Queensberry Martin was responsible for the deivery of the award winning Southgate Bath development as well as the Friars Walk development in Newport.  As Project Director, Martin is responsible for the finalisation of the Friars Walk scheme in Newport.

    Andy has over 10 years project management experience. He has worked on a number of high profile projects including Bolsover Street Residential Scheme, Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, the refurbishment of the St Ermins Hotel, Westminster, the fit out of the Shangri-La Hotel at The Shard and the construction of the Paris Gardens student accommodation scheme in Southwark. Andy is curently working in the development team on projects in Manchester, Bradford and Guildford.

    James is employed as Project Manager working on a number of Queensberry's development schemes including Islington, Barnsley and Kingston. Prior to joining Queensberry James worked across a number of sectors such as residential, commercial office, industrial, hotel and major mixed used schemes. James has vast experience in the construction industry specialising in planning, programming, cost management and co-ordination of multi disciplined teams.

    Iain is a Managing Director of Queensberry Strategic Property Management. As a former Equity Partner at Donaldsons LLP, Iain led the National Shopping Centre Management team which comprised 100 retail schemes  and 50 members of staff. For the last 15 years of his career Iain has focussed on the management aspects of new centres pre opening and has been involved with schemes such as The Oracle, in Reading (1999), Grand Arcade Cambridge and Victoria Square Belfast (both 2008) and Eurovea  in Bratislava (2010). Iain is well known amongst retail and leisure developers and landlords and has managed some of the most complex and prestigious mixed use schemes to have opened in the UK.

    Simon Pullen Senior Property Manager

    Simon is a very experienced shopping centre manager recently responsible for managing SouthGate Bath and prior to that,Eagles Meadow in Wrexham.


    Simon  joins QSPM and will oversee the opening and ongoing management of Friars Walk in Newport.  Simon will also have additional responsibility for advice and delivery of best practice management operations for Queensberry and its clients.
