We're excited to announce that designer childrenswear store, @nuvolachildrenswear, is set to open its doors in Liverpool's Metquarter later this month.
The 3,000 sq ft store will feature clothing and accessories for kids from premium brands such as Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana, Stella McCartney and more.
Our Leasing & Asset Manager Jason Sargent said: “It’s a testament to Metquarter’s appeal that people who have previously traded a business in the centre are eager to return. We’re delighted to welcome Nuvola and proud to see children’s fashion represented again within our tenant mix.”

Taking on the task of restoring, developing and reinventing a Grade II listed cluster of little mester workshops that have been out of use for decades was no easy feat. However, it was the right decision by @@sheffieldcitycouncil when looking at what to do with Leah's Yard as part of the Heart of the City scheme. Thank you for supporting Queensberry’s vision.

The Radisson Blu Hotel in Sheffield city centre has become among the best historic redevelopments in the city. The historic façade on Pinstone Street has been retained while a modern four-star hotel sits behind it welcoming visitors into the Heart of the City.

Having influence over public spaces means having responsibility to make them safe, usable and attractive places that benefit all who use them.
It was a huge honour to play our part in turning Cambridge Street in Sheffield city centre from an underutilised and forgotten about road into a vibrant route lined with revitalised heritage buildings.

💰 More funding can be allocated for construction related to the historic nature of the building
🛏️ The hotel will provide 108 rooms in the heart of Huddersfield
The George will become the first Radisson Red hotel in Yorkshire and the Humber and is looking to welcome guests in 2027.
